- 6 hard-boiled eggs
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 3 Tbsp. mayonnaise, salad dressing or half and half
- paprika
Directions

1Cut peeled eggs lengthwise into halves.

2Slip out yolks into a bowl.

3Mash with a fork.

4Mix in salt, mustard, pepper and mayonnaise.

5Fill the egg whites with the yolk mixture, heaping slightly.

6If desired, sprinkle paprika over top of each egg. Arrange eggs on a large serving plate.

7Cover and refrigerate no longer than 24 hours.

8Makes 6 servings.
