  • 6 hard-cooked eggs
  • 1/4 c. mayo
  • 1 tsp. vinegar
  • 1 tsp. prepared mustard
  • 1/8 tsp. salt
  • paprika

    Halve hard-cooked eggs lengthwise; remove yolks and mash with a fork.
