  • 12 eggs
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1/2 celery stalk, sliced
  • 1/2 c. mayonnaise
  • 1 Tbsp. mustard
  • 2 to 3 Tbsp. red vinegar
  • 1/4 Tbsp. salt
  • 1/4 Tbsp. pepper

    Boil eggs.

    Peel shells when cool.

    Slice eggs lengthwise and remove yolks.

    Mix onion, celery, mayonnaise, mustard, vinegar, salt and pepper into egg yolks.

    Put mixture into halved egg whites and top with paprika.
