- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1/2 celery stalk, sliced
- 1/2 c. mayonnaise
- 1 Tbsp. mustard
- 2 to 3 Tbsp. red vinegar
- 1/4 Tbsp. salt
- 1/4 Tbsp. pepper
Directions

1Boil eggs.

2Peel shells when cool.

3Slice eggs lengthwise and remove yolks.

4Mix onion, celery, mayonnaise, mustard, vinegar, salt and pepper into egg yolks.

5Put mixture into halved egg whites and top with paprika.
