- 1 (3 oz.) can deviled ham
- 1/4 c. finely minced fresh parsley
Directions

1Hard-cook the eggs, then immediately crack eggshells and plunge into cold water for a few minutes and slip off the shells. Cut into halves and remove yolks.

2Mash yolks with deviled ham and parsley.

3Pile mixture into egg white halves and arrange on serving dish.

4Garnish with crisp vegetable relishes and green olives.
