- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon minced onion
- 2 teaspoons prepared mustard
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- Dash of pepper
- Paprika
- 12 slices pimiento-stuffed olives
- Shredded lettuce
Directions

1Cut eggs in half lengthwise; remove yolks. Mash yolks; stir in next 5 ingredients.

2Generously spoon yolk mixture over cut side of 12 egg white halves. Top with remaining egg white halves, cut side down; press gently. Sprinkle with paprika, and garnish with olive slices. Serve on shredded lettuce.
