  • 1/4 cup Mayonaise
  • 2 tsp mustard
  • 2 1/2 tsp relish
  • 1/2 tbsp paprika
  • 1 paprika for garnish (optional)
  • 1 Salt

    In a pot, bring eggs to a boil.

    Add salt to water.

    Boil eggs for 15-20 minutes.

    Let cool and run under cold water.

    Peel the eggs.

    Slice the eggs in half.

    In a medium bowl, scoop out the yolk.

    With a fork, smash the yolk.

    Add the mayo, relish, mustard, and paprika.
