  • 6 large Eggs
  • 3 tbsp reduced-fat mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup cauliflower or carrot puree
  • 1 tsp 1/8 teaspoon pepper and paprika
  • 1 tbsp mustard

    Boil eggs in large pan with water for at least 20-30minutes

    remove from heat let stand for at least 15minutes

    Drain eggs run cold water over eggs peel
  4. 4
    cut eggs in half lengthwise and remove yolks
  5. 5
    place 3 yolks in bowl set others to the side
  6. 6
    Add mayonnaise veggie puree salt and mustard and mix together.
  7. 7
    Fill each egg half with the yolk mixture.
