- 6 large Eggs
- 3 tbsp reduced-fat mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup cauliflower or carrot puree
- 1 tsp 1/8 teaspoon pepper and paprika
- 1 tbsp mustard
Directions

1Boil eggs in large pan with water for at least 20-30minutes

2remove from heat let stand for at least 15minutes

3Drain eggs run cold water over eggs peel

4cut eggs in half lengthwise and remove yolks

5place 3 yolks in bowl set others to the side

6Add mayonnaise veggie puree salt and mustard and mix together.

7Fill each egg half with the yolk mixture.
