  • 6 hard-cooked eggs, cut in halves
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1/2 tsp. mustard
  • about 3 Tbsp. salad dressing
  • vinegar (I like juice from sweet pickles) or cream (enough to moisten)

Directions

    Slip out yolks; mash with fork.

    Mix in salt, pepper and mustard and add salad dressing and vinegar.

    Refill whites with egg mixture, heaping it up slightly.
