Ingredients

  • 8 to 10 week old eggs (fresh eggs are hard to peel)
  • 1/2 c. Miracle Whip
  • 1 Tbsp. mustard
  • 1 to 2 Tbsp. green olive juice
  • 1 small jar green olives, sliced

Directions

    Hard boil eggs, let cool and peel.

    Cut eggs in half, lengthwise and remove yolk.

    Mix yolk, Miracle Whip and olive juice with salt together until smooth.

    Place egg yolk back into eggs and garnish with one slice of green olives.

    Chill and enjoy.
