- 6 hard-cooked eggs
- 1/4 c. mayonnaise
- 1 tsp. Dijon mustard
- 1 tsp. white wine vinegar
- salt to taste
- paprika
Directions

1Slice the eggs lengthwise.

2Remove yolks and mash with a fork. Stir in the mayonnaise, mustard, vinegar and salt.

3Stuff yolk mixture into the egg white halves.

4Garnish with a sprinkle of paprika.
