Deviled Ground Beef

- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 3 Tbsp. flour
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1 c. water
- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire
- 1 Tbsp. catsup
- 4 c. hot mashed potatoes
Directions

1In large skillet, cook beef and onions, stirring with fork to break up meat, about 10 minutes or until meat is lightly browned and onion is tender.

2Sprinkle with flour, salt, mustard and pepper.

3Stir in water, Worcestershire and catsup.

4Cook and stir over medium heat about 5 minutes or until sauce thickens and comes to boil.

5Serve over mashed potatoes.
