Deviled Pecan Ball Recipe

Ingredients

  • 2 (8 ounce.) cream cheeses
  • 2 c. (8 ounce.) shredded, sharp Cheddar cheese
  • 1 (2 1/4) ounce. can deviled ham
  • 2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 teaspoon grated onion
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 3/4 teaspoon paprika
  • 2 tbsp. minced pimento
  • 1 teaspoon dry parsley flakes
  • 1 teaspoon dry mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon seasoned salt
  • 2 to 4 drops warm sauce
  • 2 c. minced pecans

Directions

    Combine cream cheese, shredded cheese and deviled ham, blending well.

    Stir in remaining ingredients except pecans.

    Refrigerate2 hrs.

    Divide cheese mix in half and shape in to 2 balls.

    Roll in pecans.

    Serve with crackers.
