  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 4 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 3 Tbsp. melted butter
  • 1 tsp. meat sauce
  • 1/4 tsp. paprika
  • 1 Tbsp. minced onion
  • 1 c. water

    Sear steak deeply on each side.

    Brush with mustard, salt and pepper.

    Cover well with flour and brown in hot oil on both sides. Add other seasoning and water.
