Ingredients

  • 5 tbsp. butter
  • 1/4 c. all purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
  • 1 teaspoon grated onion
  • 1 1/2 c. lowfat milk
  • 1 1/2 c. cooked and cleaned shrimps
  • 1 pimiento chopped (optional)
  • 1 1/2 c. sliced stuffed olives
  • 2 tbsp. dry white wine
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 to 2 tbsp. fine dry crumbs

Directions

    Heat 1/4 c. butter, blend in next 5 ingredients.

    Gradually add in lowfat milk and cook, stirring constantly till thickened.

    Add in remaining ingredients, except crumbs.

    Pour into shallow 1 qt baking dish and top with crumbs.

    Dot with 1 Tbsp.

    Bake in preheated warm oven (400 degrees) for 15 min, or possibly till crumbs are browned.
