  • 1 Tbsp. water
  • 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp. dry mustard
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • dash of pepper
  • 1 lb. boneless beef tenderloin or sirloin steak, cut 1-inch thick

    For sauce, mix catsup, water, Worcestershire, dry mustard and pepper.

    Grill meat for 6 minutes.
