- 2 (4 1/2 oz.) cans Underwood deviled ham
- 1 c. Swiss cheese, grated
- 1/3 c. onion, chopped
- 3 eggs
- 1 1/2 c. light cream
- 3/4 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. nutmeg
- paprika
- 1 (9-inch) unbaked pie shell
Directions

1Spread deviled ham in unbaked 9-inch pie shell.

2Sprinkle on grated Swiss cheese and chopped onion.

3Beat eggs, then beat in light cream, salt and nutmeg.

4Pour mixture into pie shell. Sprinkle with paprika.

5Bake 15 minutes at 425°.

6Reduce heat to 300° and bake 30 minutes longer or until done.
