Ingredients

  • 250 grams Fish (thalapath [most prefered] , seer fish or tuna )
  • 1 tbsp salt
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 1 tsp turmeric
  • 1/2 lime juice or lemon juice
  • 2 large onion, chopped
  • 1 large green chillie chopped
  • 2 large capsicum copped
  • 1 small tomato
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp tomato sause
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1 tbsp lime juice
  • 1 tsp turmeric
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 1 tbsp salt
  • 1 tsp ginger chopped
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 cup oil to fry
  • 3 tbsp oil

Directions

    First Marinade the fish with given ingrediants.

    Set aside for about 10 mins.

    After that deep fry the fish until golden colour.

    Then add 3 tablespoon of oil and fry onions,garlic,ginger,chillies and capsicum.

    Then salt,pepper,turmeric and chopped tomato.

    Then ads the fried fish as well as soy sause,tomato sause and sugar.

    Finally add sugar and remove from heat.
