  • 6 c. apples, peeled and diced
  • 6 oz. frozen apple juice
  • 2 Tbsp. cornstarch
  • dash of cinnamon or apple pie spice
  • 1/4 c. margarine
  • 2 unbaked pie crusts

Directions

    Dissolve cornstarch in apple juice. Combine with apples and spice. Simmer until thick. Pour into unbaked pie shell.

    Dot with margarine. Cover with top crust and bake at 375° for 45 minutes.
