  • 15 packets Sweet 'N Low
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 1/2 c. unsweetened applesauce
  • 2 c. flour
  • 2 tsp. baking soda
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp. cloves
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 c. chopped dates
  • 1 c. chopped nuts
  • 1 chopped apple

    Cream margarine and sweetener.

    Add eggs and vanilla. Mix well.

    Add applesauce.

    Sift dry ingredients and mix in creamed mixture.

    Fold in dates, nuts and apple.

    Bake in a tube pan at 350° for 1 hour.
