- 2 egg whites
- 1/2 c. oil
- 1 heaping Tbsp. baking powder
- 1 c. flour
- 2 c. water
- 1/2 c. powdered milk (dry)
- 3 or more c. corn meal
Directions

1Beat eggs; add oil, baking powder, powdered milk and flour. Alternate water and meal.

2Spray a 7 x 11-inch Pyrex pan with Pam. Heat.

3Preheat oven to 400°.

4Pour corn bread in hot pan.

5Bake 45 minutes or until nicely browned.
