  • 1/4 c. sugar substitute
  • 2 1/2 Tbsp. cornstarch
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 4 to 5 c. peaches
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice (optional)

Directions

    Combine sugar, cornstarch and salt.

    Add to peaches.

    Pour into pastry lined pan.

    Roll, fit and seal top. Bake on lower shelf.
