- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, crushed
- 1 (400 g) can tomatoes
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 cup cream
- 1 tablespoon brandy
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
Directions

1Heat oil in a pan.

2Add garlic, cook one minute.

3Add undrained chopped tomatoes, sauce, cream, brandy and parsley.

4Simmer for 8 minutes until sauce is thickened.

5Add beef base and simmer another 10 minutes.

6Serve.

7Goes well with pasta or mashed potaotoes or vegetables.
