- 2 egg whites
- 1 c. sugar
- 4 c. pecans
- 1 stick butter
Directions

1Beat egg whites until stiff.

2Add sugar and pecans.

3Mix to coat pecans.

4Melt the butter in a 9 x 13-inch pan and add pecan mixture.

5Bake at 300 to 350° for 45 minutes.

6Stir every 15 minutes not to let the pecans get too brown.

7Remove from pan and place on foil to cool.
