Ingredients
- 8 skinless franks, diced to 1/4 or 1/2-inch cubes
- 12 frankfurter rolls, split
- 3 Tbsp. green onions, minced
- 3/4 c. chopped stuffed olives
- 3 hard-cooked eggs, finely chopped
- 6 oz. can tomato paste
- 3/4 lb. (about 1 1/2 c.) sharp cheese, cut into 1/4 or 1/2-inch cubes
- 3 Tbsp. mayonnaise or salad dressing
Directions

1Combine all ingredients and mix thoroughly.

2Put 1/3 cup mixture in each roll and wrap rolls in foil, twisting the ends tightly. Store in refrigerator until ready to use.

3Place on grill or in a 400° oven for 15 to 20 minutes.

4Serve hot in wrapping. Serves 12.
