Ingredients

  • 8 skinless franks, diced to 1/4 or 1/2-inch cubes
  • 12 frankfurter rolls, split
  • 3 Tbsp. green onions, minced
  • 3/4 c. chopped stuffed olives
  • 3 hard-cooked eggs, finely chopped
  • 6 oz. can tomato paste
  • 3/4 lb. (about 1 1/2 c.) sharp cheese, cut into 1/4 or 1/2-inch cubes
  • 3 Tbsp. mayonnaise or salad dressing

Directions

    Combine all ingredients and mix thoroughly.

    Put 1/3 cup mixture in each roll and wrap rolls in foil, twisting the ends tightly. Store in refrigerator until ready to use.

    Place on grill or in a 400° oven for 15 to 20 minutes.

    Serve hot in wrapping. Serves 12.
