  • 2 cups apples, diced (and peeled if you prefer)
  • 12 cup celery, chopped
  • 12 cup onion, chopped
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1 teaspoon curry powder

  • 1 pinch white pepper
  • 2 teaspoons cornstarch
  • 2 cups canned chicken broth, undiluted
  • 2 cups boneless skinless chicken, cooked
  • 14 cup raisins
  • 3 cups cooked long-grain rice (, cooked without salt or fat)

Directions
