- 1 large any fruit Jell-O (diet)
- 1 large can drained crushed pineapple (no sugar)
- 1 large tub cottage cheese
- 1 large tub thawed whipped topping (lite)
Directions

1Pour the pineapple over any flavor Jell-O.

2Stir until Jell-O is melted.

3Add cottage cheese.

4Stir until blended, then blend in the whipped topping.

5Stir until completely mixed.

6Pour into any container with a lid and store in refrigerator until ready to serve.
