  • 2 (16 oz. each) cans refried beans
  • 1 (1 1/4 oz.) pkg. taco seasoning
  • 1 (4 1/4 oz.) can chopped ripe olives
  • 1 (8 oz.) jar taco sauce
  • 2 c. plain yogurt
  • 1/2 lb. light Cheddar cheese, grated

Directions

    Preheat oven to 350°.

    Place the beans, taco seasoning and olives in a large saucepan and cook over medium heat, stirring until ingredients are blended and hot.

    Pour mixture into 8 x 12 x 2-inch casserole.

    Spread the taco sauce over the bean mixture. Place the casserole in the freezer for 1 hour or until taco sauce is somewhat solid.
