- 1 1/2 lb. top sirloin, sliced thin
- 1 onion, sliced
- 2 green peppers
- 2 tsp. beef bouillon, added to 1 c. water
- 3 tsp. oil
- 1 c. chopped celery
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- 1 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 1/4 c. water
- 2 Tbsp. soy sauce
Directions

1Cut beef into thin strips.

2Add oil to pan.

3Heat.

4Add beef and cook about 5 minutes.

5Then remove meat from oil.

6Add celery, green peppers, onions and garlic.

7Stir-fry these vegetables about 7 minutes.

8Add bouillon, cornstarch and soy sauce.

9Blend well, then add beef and cook until meat is tender.
