- 2 egg whites
- 1/2 c. minus 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 1/4 C. brown sugar
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. Sweet & Low
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp. nutmeg
- 1/4 tsp. ginger
- 2 c. cooked or canned pumpkin
- 1 20oz. can Milnot evaporated milk
Directions

1Beat egg whites until just foamy.

2Add pumpkin; beat till well mixed.

3Add sugars, sweetner, spices, salt, and Milnot.

4Mix well. Pour in 9-inch unbaked low fat pie crust.

5Bake 450° for 10 minutes then 350° for 40 minutes or until knife inserted halfway between center and outside comes out clean.

6Cool.

7Serve with low fat whipped topping.
