  • 1 bunch celery
  • 6 large tomatoes or can of tomatoes
  • 6 large onions
  • 1 large green pepper

    Cover with water.

    Add package of onion soup mix.

    Simmer until vegetables are done. Serve with Parmesan cheese, if desired.
