- 3 egg whites
- 1/2 tsp. double-acting baking powder
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- artificial sweetener to equal 16 tsp. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. almond extract
- 2 1/2 c. Rice Krispies cereal
- 1/8 c. unsweetened coconut
Directions

1Beat egg whites with baking powder until stiff, but not dry. Blend in flour, artificial sweetener, almond extract, cereal and coconut.

2Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls onto lightly greased cookie sheet.

3Bake at 350° for 12 minutes.

4Yields 24 cookies.
