  • 2 eggs, separated
  • 2 Tbsp. melted butter
  • 2 c. ground pecans
  • 2 pie shells, partially baked
  • 1 1/2 c. sugar
  • 3 Tbsp. milk
  • 1 tsp. vanilla

Directions

    Beat egg whites well and set aside.

    Beat egg yolks until thick and add sugar gradually. Add butter and milk.

    Pour into pie shells and bake at 350° for 30 minutes or until filling is browned on top.

    Makes 2 medium or 1 large pie.
