  • 1 pound Scallops
  • 1/2 cups Butter
  • 1 cup Cracker Crumbs
  • 1/2 cups Soft Bread Crumbs
  • 23 cups Cream
  • Salt And Pepper, to taste

Directions

    Melt butter, add crumbs.

    Put half of crumbs in greased casserole.

    Cover with scallops; add half cream; season with salt and pepper.

    Repeat with rest of crumbs, pour on rest of cream.

    Bake until brown at 350 for about 30 to 40 minutes.
