  • 3/4 cup KRAFT Extra Heavy Mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup GREY POUPON Classic Dijon Mustard
  • 3 Tbsp. prepared horseradish
  • 3 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 6 Tbsp. KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese, divided
  • 1-1/2 cups RITZ Crackers, crushed, divided
  • 12 each Flounder or other white fish fillets (4 oz. each)

    Mix mayonnaise, mustard, horseradish, lemon juice and 3 Tbsp.

    Place fish fillets in greased or parchment-lined full sheet pan; spread evenly with mayonnaise mixture.
