  • 1 gal. GREY POUPON Classic Dijon Mustard
  • 2-2/3 cups oil
  • 2-2/3 cups garlic cloves, minced
  • 2-2/3 cups lemon juice Safeway 4 ct For $5.00 thru 02/09
  • 2-2/3 cups soy sauce
  • 1/3 cup dried thyme leaves

Directions

    Mix all ingredients until well blended.

    Pour 1 cup of the marinade over each pound of beef, chicken, pork or fish in shallow dish; cover.

    Refrigerate at least 2 hours or overnight.

    (When marinating fish, marinate no longer than 2-1/2 hours.)

    Drain; discard marinade.

    Cook meat, chicken or fish as desired.
