- 2 salmon filets
- 6 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons dijon mustard
- 2 cloves garlic minced

1Preheat oven to 375F.

2Place salmon filets on baking sheet, skin side down.

3Whisk olive oil, soy sauce, mustard and garlic together, and pour over salmon filets.

4Reserve a little marinade to pour over salmon once cooked.

5Bake salmon for 20-25 minutes, depending on thickness of the filets.
