  • 6 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons dijon mustard
  • 2 cloves garlic minced

    Place salmon filets on baking sheet, skin side down.

    Whisk olive oil, soy sauce, mustard and garlic together, and pour over salmon filets.

    Reserve a little marinade to pour over salmon once cooked.
