- 1 pkg. yeast, in 1/4 c. water
- 1 c. cottage cheese, warmed
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 2 Tbsp. minced onion
- 1 Tbsp. melted butter
- 2 tsp. dill weed and 1 tsp. dill seed or 3 tsp. either one
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. baking soda
- 1 egg
- 2 1/2 c. flour
Directions

1Mix all ingredients in large bowl.

2Cover.

3Let double in size (1 to 1 1/2 hours) in warm kitchen.

4Stir down.

5Pour into greased pan.

6Let rise 40 to 75 minutes until doubled.

7Bake at 350° for 40 to 50 minutes.

8While hot, brush with butter.
