  • 3 to 3 1/2 lb. chicken
  • 1 can Aunt Penney's white sauce
  • 1/4 c. milk
  • 1/4 c. mayonnaise
  • 1/2 tsp. each: dill weed, curry powder and Beau Monde

Directions

    Place chicken in baking dish; salt.

    Blend the white sauce with milk, dill weed, curry powder and Beau Monde.

    Add mayonnaise.

    Pour over chicken sprinkled with Lawry's seasoned salt and Parmesan cheese.

    Bake, uncovered, 1 1/2 hours at 350°.
