  • 1 lb. fish fillets
  • 3 oz. fat-free cream cheese
  • 2 fresh lemons
  • 1 tsp. dill weed

Directions

    Spread softened cream cheese over 1 side of fillets. Place fillets cream side up in a sprayed nonstick 9-inch square pan. Thinly slice 1 lemon and place over top of fillets. Squeeze juice of other lemon over fish. Sprinkle top of fish with dill weed. Cover tightly with foil and bake at 400° for 15 to 20 minutes or until fish flakes. Yield: 4 servings.
