- 1 c. dry mustard
- 1 c. vinegar
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 1/4 c. water
- 2 tsp. salt
- 1 1/2 tsp. dill weed
- 2 eggs, lightly beaten
Directions

1In top of a double boiler, combine mustard, vinegar, sugar, water, salt and dill.

2Cover and let set at room temperature for 4 hours.

3Bring water in bottom of a double boiler to a boil; add eggs to mustard mixture.

4Cook and stir until thickened, about 10 minutes.

5Cool.

6Store in refrigerator.

7Makes about 2 cups.
