  • 21 cups water
  • 1 cup pickling salt
  • 3 cups vinegar
  • 2 cups sugar
  • cucumber
  • dill
  • garlic
  • carrot

Directions

    Boil water, vinegar,sugar, and salt.

    Fill each jar with cucumbers, allowing some carrot sticks, garlic and dill at the bottom and on top.

    Pour boiling syrup over cucumbers and seal.

    Put filled jars in a canner of very hot water, until they start to turn colour.

    approximately 20-30 minute.
