- 21 cups water
- 1 cup pickling salt
- 3 cups vinegar
- 2 cups sugar
- cucumber
- dill
- garlic
- carrot
Directions

1Boil water, vinegar,sugar, and salt.

2Fill each jar with cucumbers, allowing some carrot sticks, garlic and dill at the bottom and on top.

3Pour boiling syrup over cucumbers and seal.

4Put filled jars in a canner of very hot water, until they start to turn colour.

5approximately 20-30 minute.
