- 1/4 c. margarine or butter
- 1/4 c. flour
- 2 c. chicken broth
- 1/4 tsp. salt (optional)
- 2 tsp. dried dill or several sprigs fresh, clipped dill
- 1 c. sour cream (can use nonfat, if desired)
Directions

1In small saucepan, melt margarine.

2Stir in flour.

3Stir in broth, salt and dill.

4Cook and stir over medium heat until thickened.

5Remove from heat and stir in sour cream.

6Excellent over cooked shrimp with a side of noodles or rice.

7Also good on Danish/Swedish meatballs.
