  • 2 (3 oz.) boxes gelatin (any flavor, apricot is very good)
  • 3 1/4 c. boiling water
  • 1/2 c. ice
  • 2 c. nondairy dessert topping, thawed
  • 1/2 c. sour cream

Directions

    Make gelatin with water and ice.

    Blend together topping and sour cream.

    Add gelatin to creamy mix, blending with wire whisk. Yields 1 quart.
