  • 10 carrots, sliced
  • 2 Tbsp. margarine
  • 3 Tbsp. finely chopped shallots
  • 1 tsp. sugar
  • black pepper and salt to taste (optional)
  • 1/4 c. water
  • 1 c. yogurt
  • 1 tsp. chopped fresh dill
