- 1 1/2 c. cottage cheese, creamed
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 2 Tbsp. carrots, shredded (raw)
- 1 Tbsp. parsley, chopped
- 1/2 tsp. dill weed
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 1 Tbsp. green onion, chopped
Directions

1In blender container, combine cottage cheese and lemon juice. Cover; blend 3 to 5 minutes at medium speed or until smooth. Stir in carrot, onion, parsley, dill, sugar and pepper.

2Cover; refrigerate several hours or overnight to blend flavors.

3Serve with crackers or fresh vegetable dippers.
