  • 1 lb. hamburger
  • 1/4 c. bread crumbs
  • 1/4 c. diced onions
  • 1 egg
  • rosemary, basil, thyme and nutmeg
  • 1 can celery soup
  • 1/2 can water
  • 2 Tbsp. dill pickle, diced

Directions

    Combine beef, crumbs, onions, egg and seasoning.

    Shape into small balls.

    Brown.

    Stir in soup, water and pickle.

    Cover and simmer 20 minutes.
