- 1/4 tsp. hot, crushed red pepper (per jar)
- 1/2 tsp. whole mustard seed (per jar)
- 1/2 tsp. dill seed (per jar)
- 1 to 4 cloves garlic to taste (per jar)
- 5 c. vinegar
- 5 c. water
- 1/2 c. salt
Directions

1Pack beans in jars.

2Add spices and garlic.

3Mix vinegar, water and salt in saucepan; bring to a boil and pour over beans. Seal with canning lids and process.
