- 1/4 tsp. red cayenne pepper flakes per pt.
- 1 clove garlic per pt.
- 1 head dill or 1 tsp. dill seed per pt.
- yellow wax beans or green beans
- 3 c. water
- 2 c. vinegar
- 1/4 c. salt
Directions

1Put first 3 ingredients in each pint.

2Snip ends of beans. Place in cold water and bring to boil.

3Boil for 15 minutes. Drain.

4Pack lengthwise into sterilized pint jars.

5Then bring 3 cups water, vinegar and salt to a boil and boil for 5 minutes. Pour over beans and seal tightly.
