  • 1 pkg. yeast
  • 1/4 c. warm water
  • 1 c. creamed cottage cheese, warmed
  • 1 Tbsp. butter
  • 1 Tbsp. salt
  • 1 egg
  • 2 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. minced onion
  • 2 Tbsp. dill seed
  • 1/4 tsp. soda
  • 2 1/4 to 2 1/2 c. flour

    Mix and cover.

    Let rise in a warm place until double in size (about 1 hour).

    Knead and let rise 30 to 40 minutes.

    Bake at 350° for 40 to 50 minutes until golden brown. Brush with butter and sprinkle with salt. Serve warm.
