  • 2 Tbsp. dry yeast
  • 4 1/2 to 5 c. flour
  • 1/2 c. lukewarm water
  • 4 Tbsp. sugar
  • 2 c. cottage cheese (lukewarm)
  • 2 Tbsp. instant onion or finely chopped onion
  • 2 Tbsp. butter
  • 4 tsp. dill weed or seed
  • 2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. soda
  • 2 eggs

Directions

    Mix all together; let rise until double.

    Put in pans; let rise until double.

    Bake at 325° for 40 minutes.

    After baking, brush with butter and sprinkle with salt.
